Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all European Union Countries and UK. Unfortunatey as some similar
brands we ship only to specific countries. You’ll see which products we can ship to your country as soon as you have registered and are logged in your destination country. If your country is not listed on our registration form and you’re living in Europe, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Which shipping services do you can use?

For orders to Europe we use Courier services. So please give us a shipping address where someone can receive your package personally. We also always need your phone number and email address to be able to contact you for shipping inquiries.

Himsly.com provides you a tracking number and a link when your order is being fulfilled which typically happens within 24 hours to 2 business days after you have placed your order (for orders placed over the weekend or during holidays may take a bit longer time). You can track the status of your order through this tracking number and link where updates are posted as your parcel is in transit and delivered to you.
